General Dentistry

Graduating Cum Laude from The State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Julia Nosov continued her medical education and experience by completing her externships at Buffalo General Hospital, Kings County Hospital, Roswell Park Cancer Institute, and The University of Southern California, under the supervision of world-renowned dentist, Dr. Nowzari.

General Dentistry

Dr. Volotsenko, DDS is a practicing Dentist in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Volotsenko graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 1997 and has been in practice for 21 years. Dr. Volotsenko accepts multiple insurance plans including Aetna, Dental Network of America, and Medicare. Dr. Volotsenko also practices at Eldridge Dental Care PC in Staten Island, NY.

Oral Surgery

Dr. Tarlo is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He graduated from New York University College of Arts and Science with honors and a BA in chemistry in 1998. He then continued his education at New York University College of Dentistry, where he obtained Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree and was admitted into the OKU Dental Honor Society upon graduation.

Pediatric Dentistry

Dr. Dikansky completed both her undergraduate and graduate education at New York University. While in dental school, Dr. Dikansky graduated with an honors in pediatric dentistry, and also received the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Predoctoral Student Award, After receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, she continued on to an additional 2 year specialty training program in pediatric dentistry at Yale-New Haven Hospital.

Dr. Sofiya Khazanovich is a general and cosmetic dentist who specializes in fixed prosthodontics. Dr. Khazanovich completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology as well as her Master of Arts in Adolescent Education at Adelphi University in Long Island.
